In-Home Personal Training

In-home personal training is a great service provided by fitness professionals today.  There are many different reasons why people decide to get in-home training.  Whatever the reason, and I'm sure it's valid, this service can yield great results.  Having a trainer come to your home will keep you focused during your sessions and keep you accountable for sticking with your exercise program.  Also, it's hard to beat the convenience of being at home at the start and end of your exercise sessions.

Additionally, finding the right trainer is very important for your success and safety.  While the benefits of having a qualified trainer are great in terms of an effective, safe and efficient training session, the liability of an unqualified trainer can be huge.  After all, you are looking for help to improve your health not to create new health issues!  It's OK to ask about credentials and education when considering a personal trainer.  You want a trainer who understands how the body works and why they are prescribing certain exercises for your specific needs.  Another important factor is the chemistry between you and your prospective trainer.  The trainer-client relationship is important because this is the person who is going on this journey with you. You need to be able to trust that they have your best interest at heart.

I really enjoy providing this service for my clients and I hope you are successful in all your fitness endeavors.  Please visit my web site for more information about Tailor-Made Fitness.

Sports Performance Training

Recently I have been working with a local Lacrosse team to help them get in condition for their upcoming season. This has been a great experience and has really fueled my interest in sports performance. As a former high school athlete, fitness enthusiast and trainer, I understand the importance of conditioning and look forward to doing more if this kind of training. Please click the following link to see a short promotional video for my sports performance training.
